 I have registered using the Free Limited Use membership but now want to upgrade to Full membership, how do I do it.
Simple, just log in with your Free membership username and password, then go to member services and modify your subscription.

I'm having login problems.
Your username and password are case sensitive so need to be typed in with capital where appropriate. If you log in and get referred back to the login page again, make sure your browser privacy settings are not to high. This site does use cookies. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer set to “Medium High” or lower (Go to Tools>Internet Options>Privacy)

Why can't I find many other users when I search?
Whilst our membership is growing, there will be areas of the world with few members. About 90% of our membership is from the US so finding partners there will be much less of a problem.
To help with your search, make sure you complete your profile and set your preferences as wide as possible. Completing your profile will also help others find you.
Also follow the tips on the search page for best results.

How do I cancel my auto renewed membership?
Just log in and go to member services, then to the "Modify Subscription" page. Here select "Free Limited Use Membership" and submit. After this no more automatic payment will be taken. You should also note however though, that as soon as you perform this action you will forfeit any unexpired time in your current paid subscription period, so leave this action until the end of your current period.

What can I do about members who keep annoying me?
Use the block function found around the site but particularly in the annoying members profile. They won't be able to contact you after unless you have given them contact details for outside of the sites infrastructure.
If they are persistent please advise admin so we can investigate and take further action where appropriate.
If you feel that someone is misusing the site please use the “Repost abuse” button on their profile page.

How do I delete my profile?
Log in, go to member services and following the cancel subscription link.

Why have some of my message/feedback/partners disappeared?
If a member decides to break the Terms and Conditions of the site (posting inappropriate pictures, harassment) then we delete their membership, when this happens everything that they are associated to also gets deleted. This also happens if they cancel their own account.
