Apart form the above described SEO and tracking practices, we collect only information you voluntarily give us, and we don't do anything with it other than help you connect with potential massage partners. All information provided by you as part of your profile and preference will be accessible to members and site guests alike. We do not however display your personal contact information. If you wish to provide this information to another member they will need to be a fully subscribed member and you may do so via our various communication channels.

If you use FindAMassagePartner without registering, only SEO and TR information is collected. Your experience with the site will be greatly enhanced, however, if you register. When you register, we collect and store in our database only information that you voluntarily provide when you fill out our registration form and complete your profile and preferences. You can review and edit this information at any time by logging in and clicking on the Profile button on the index page. If you have forgotten your password you can use the site Password reminder facility located on the login page of the site. If you have forgotten your user name please use the contact us page to advise accordingly and we will usually respond within 6-48 hours.

If you choose to become a full member of FindAMassagePartner by purchasing a subscription, you will be transfer to our payment gateway 'Paypal', '2checkout' or 'Google checkout'. These are major payment processing processors that securely manages FindAMassagePartner's payments. All payment information provided in the payment process will be recorded by the processor and not FindAMassagePartner. We feel that this provides you with more security that we could do so directly.

Security

This site is not hosted on a secure server which is customary only for sites that directly take your payment information. As stated above, this site does not collect payment information.

Monitoring of the Site

FindAMassagePartner reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor all services used on FindAMassagePartner. This includes but is not limited to the materials posted in the public areas of the site as well as the contents of communications transmitted while engaging in use of the personal message board and other internal messaging services provided. FindAMassagePartner shall have the right to remove any material that violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement. FindAMassagePartner shall have the right to disclose information transmitted while using the Service for any reason if FindAMassagePartner believes that it is reasonable to do so, including to: satisfy laws, regulations, or governmental or legal requests; operate the Service properly; or protect itself and it Members.

Email from Us

When you first register at FindAMassagePartner, we send you an automatic email that contains a welcome message with general instructions about the site and a reminder of your username and password. We also send automatic emails notifying you when new communications are waiting for you at the site.

Other than the above you might get occasional emails under the following circumstances:

• If you haven't submitted a photo or completed you profile within a few days of registering.
• If we receive a question or complaint about you, we might email you about this.
• If we have a major change or update to the site that requires we communicate with all members.
